Objective: 

Lanie led, developed, and conceptualized high quality design materials for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters campaigns, initiatives, and conferences.

-Created on-brand visual assets for all digital platforms.

-Managed fast paced project deadlines in a time constrained schedule (Often working on 6-8 projects in a single day.) 

-Following and advancing the designs of the company’s brand guidelines.

-Responsible for creating forward thinking designs that go beyond aesthetics and focus on concept, intention, and strategy.

-Worked in strong partnership with the Senior Design Coordinator, Creative Director, and Brand Director to provide creative solutions promoting Teamster campaigns and initiatives.

-Analyze and synthesize data to create visual elements with graphic design and video creations.

-Designed material in multiple language.

-Developed printout visual signage and videos for international and regional conferences and meetings.

-Worked on video projects that included conceptualization design thinking for Local unions and at the International brotherhood of Teamsters.

-Present Teamsters initiatives in easily understood, visually interesting ways using typography, animations, video, and interactive experiences.

-created web, mobile, print and animated content for International Brotherhood of Teamsters including lanyards, booklets, buttons, stand banner, pins, wristbands, book covers, pens, luggage tag, stickers, table covers, postcards, window clings, billboards, t-shirts, signs, tentcards, palmcards, step and repeat backdrop, social media ads, rally signs, video ads, motion graphics, plaques, speaker and panel slides, letterheads, signage, and business cards.
